We have a customer with an Océ TDS320 wide format (A0) printer.
They have been using this on an XP machine no worries, but I have been trying to get it working in Windows 7 64bit.
There is a driver for it, which installs fine and even printed the Windows test page.
However they use it to print CAD drawings and want to print them A1 on the A0 paper, which is what they do from the XP machine.
When I try this on the Windows 7 machine I get a message on the printer saying "Load Roll 36"
Essentially it seems to want me to load A1 paper, whereas I just want it to print on the paper it has.
I have spoke with Océ support but they wont help as the device is not under support contract.
Looking for someone who may be able to help?
