I'm after a bit of advise for a solution for our office.
We have to retain certain documents for 7 or 10 years (Sales Orders, Hardware Test Sheets etc) for our ISO Audit. Currently, these are printed out and stored in large boxes/folders based on years and months which is a bit inefficient to say the least.
Over the last month, our administration team have been trialing scanning these documents after they are printed and filled in, and manually renaming the document based on the hardware units serial number. Due to the scansnap units they have, they currently have to scan each document individually.
Can someone propose a way to automate this process - perhaps using 'Workflow Scanning' (I have to confess, I'm not 100% certain this is what I require.)
