I have a smaller organization that does a decent volume of color printing (mostly just handouts for customers, reports, etc)
We currently have about 15 Konica Minolta magicolor 5670ENs and need to replace them soon... Most have a lighter duty cycle under 1,000 pages, but we have some that print up to 8,000 pages per month. Anyone have recommendations on models that they have used and found to be reliable? We cannot afford to have them break and wait days for repair, or buy the wrong model and find that they are extremely costly for drums, toner, etc!
I am currently considering HP Color Laserjet M750Ns or maybe a Lexmark enterprise model. We have been presented options for leased products, but they do not always seem cost effective when compared to a printer w/ 3year onsite warranty and toner purchases.
