The lease is up on our Ricoh MP C2050. Before we turn it in I want to wipe all of our user settings off of it - address book, network settings, etc. I was hoping to find a "Cold Reset" like HP printers have instead of deleting every entry, one at a time.
Logging in as the admin doesn't seem to show such a menu, and the on-line manual (or Google searches) have come up empty, too. I can reset the printer, but that doesn't erase any of the user settings. I'm looking for a cold reset, restore to factory defaults, clear all, whatever term Ricoh uses. Thanks in advance.
