We've been having paper jams on one of our P3015N printers so I ordered a new pickup roller (RM1-6323). Installing the new roller fixed the paper jams but it has about a 1/2 second squeak on every rotation. I reinstalled the original roller and the squeak was gone. I put the new roller back in and the squeak returned.
Is this a known issue or did I just get a defective new roller? A quick Google search didn't turn up any matches for the issue.
