Remotely Testing A Ricoh MFP Functions

I have a Ricoh Aficio SP 5200S device. It is in a remote location in a different city so I cannot easily get physical access to the machine. 

I do have access to its web managment page.

Unfortunatly I can't find a way to verify that functions should work remotely. For example Scan to folder and Fax to folder.

Is there a way to remotely access the control panel on the machine as if I where standing in front of it to test some of these configurations remotely to verify they work? I know of ways to do this on other brand equipment but can't seem to find an equivilent function with Ricoh
