Received new receipt printers and cannot change the font size on printed receipts. The on-screen preview looks great but when printed, it's about 70% of normal. Very tiny and thermal print makes it almost unreadable.
Checked the Epson POS site but most of their help refers to settings in their ePOS suite, which we aren't using. Thanks.
