We have a user who prints a lot of documents out of Adobe Reader. She's really the only person who does this in volume, so I can't tell if it affects other users. Recently, she started complaining that when she prints, she will occasionally get ~10 pages with garbage at the top. If she tries to print the PDF document again, it comes out perfectly fine. Some days, she doesn't see this at all.
Since she just started complaining about this, we initially blamed the new printer (HP P3015) that was just installed for her. After doing a bunch of digging, she then revealed that it didn't happen with the temporary printer (HP M200), but it did happen with the old printer (HP P3015) that had melted down.
*cue rage*
I've tried several different HP Universal Drivers, both PCL 5 and PCL6. They all do the same thing. Since replacing the printer is out...
