For a long time now, I've been trying to find a solution to a problem involving accounting codes on Xerox printers. We have our printers deployed via GPO, hosted from a print server (2012 server). However, the accounting code functionality does not work correctly. For whatever reason, the client printing can modify the accounting code, and then it gets stored on the server side. For example, let's say only managers can print color with code 1234, and regular users are using black and white with code 0000. Even if we start out with 0000, the first time a manager prints, it will start storing 1234 and not prompting. (The users don't want to be prompted for a code EACH time they print, they would prefer to have it remember their settings.)
