Brother MFC-7860DW Scan to FTP Windows server 2012R2

Trying to get Scan to FTP working, Scan fails - Sending error on the MFC.

I captured a network trace and can see it logs in, does a CWD to the share/path specified, but the next packet says: " 550 the system cannot find the path specified" or 550 "the filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect."

I have been modifying the Store Directory settings and getting different results, (i.e.- used quotes around the path because there are spaces) but ultimately is not working.

Tried all those suggestions, but no go. I am confident it is some variation of the path statement, but I have not found the magic combination. Has anyone else seen this issue.
