Forcing Outlook to print black and white

I have users on both Outlook 2007 and 2013. They all print to a leased Ricoh where we pay per print. Our cost on B&W is far less than color.

Most of what they print is emails which print in color due to a link or signature file.

My desire is to have Outlook print B&W and all other applications default to color.

Any thoughts?

So far I tried installing a separate instance of the printer, called it Outlook Printer and defaulted it to B&W. However, I can not get Outlook to default to this printer.

I can not change the default in the driver as this would change it for all apps.
