I know, I know, it's the year 2015 and I'm still hung up on Fax, a relic of the best forgotten 80s and 90s..but still, one of our customers is looking for a solution which will allow him to send end receive fax messages using their MS Small Business 2008 server running Exchange 2007.
Since they're still on SBS 2008 I would like to go the route of a dedicated hardware appliance which would do little more than receive fax messages, convert them to PDF and mail them to their Exchange server using SMTP.
Preferably it should also be possible to generate outgoing fax messages from within Outlook using perhaps some kind of printer driver.
Now, I don't have a lot of experience with this. For a while we were using Tobit David as a software-based solution to all things Fax, but since the customer is already using MS Exchange I wouldn't...
