Recently migrated our file server from server 2003 to server 2012r2. Now my end users cannot scan to network from the ricoh copier. Did some research on this and had the copy service tech come out and update the firmware on the copier however im still having the problem. I have a feeling that this ricoh doesnt support smb v3. Has anyone else seen this with their ricoh copier? I have double checked the permissions and they are fine.
