Very strange issue that our current printer in the office is experiencing, it does not print the yellow toner on a standard page, however it prints yellow when duplexed on the 2nd side.
I've attached an example of what i mean, I performed a simple test, 2 pages, both with Y, M, C, B on, and coloured to the correct letter.
I've taken a look inside the printer, (as much as i could without dismantling it), and there seems to be a build up of yellow toner at the end of the transfer belt, this seems odd to me as surely it should go onto the paper and we should see yellow smudges everywhere...
I dont expect a solution to be provided to me, but anyone had any similar issues?, any advice other than to phone a repair service (will be the last resort) would be greatly appreciated,
