Our charity has been donated 2 photocopiers;
Konica Minolta 7222 B&W all-in-one - I've set the IP address to 192.168.1.70
Ricoh c2800 Colour all-in-one - I've set the IP address to 192.168.1.100
We only have a BT Hub3 which does NOT seem to recognise that any of the photocopiers are even connected? When looking at the Hub settings online with the BT Hub Manager (IP address: 192.168.1.254) it shows all the devices connected either by wire or wireless.
I've changed both of the IP addresses and downloaded the appropriate drivers - but still no joy!
I'm pretty sure it is the BT Hub3 which is the problem!
I've even tried turning off the Hub's own firewall.
I am able to get access to the photocopier settings of the Konica Minolta 7222 by typing the IP address into my Chrome browser (after allowing it through Java!) - but still will not print?
