Ricoh Aficio SG3110 SFNw printing pages but completely blank

Hi
Printer is two months old and has hardly been used - printing stocks today but completely blank - have tried different colours - tried the nozzle test - all blank.
Am getting impatient with the online manual which is not massively helpful.
Any ideas for what I need to do?
