We've got a couple of Utax devices on our network, and having the same issue with each.
After a period of time (normally overnight), the print function will go into a sleep mode, and will not waken when the device is printed to.
These are MFP's (2665's, 3020's) and the copy, scan-to-email functions etc all continue to work. It's just the printer part of the device that stops.
Interestingly our network monitor shows the device as still responding, but the print related snmp queries stop responding (total pages printed, etc).
The only way to get it working is a power off/on of the device.
Anyone experienced anything similar with Utax devices?
We have other utax printers, and some larger utax copiers, and they have no issues. It seems like the issue is with the above mentioned range of devices only.
