We have an HP Laserjet MFP400 in one of our remote clinics. About a week ago they started having issues when receiving faxes from the majority of our clinics. Both the carrier and our phone vendor stated that they were unable to find any issues on the line, and insisted it must be the fax machine. We installed a Brother MFC 7240 which was known to be in good working order, and the problems persisted. We tried testing the HP MFP at another location, and the problem went away (we were able to receive faxes from locations/callers that failed to complete when it was at remote location.
We are able to send faxes without issue, and we do still receive some faxes, including multiple test to the HP FA Me test. The majority of our clinic are located in area code A, and utilize Frontier as their voice provider, the remote clinic having issues...
