I'm running into an issue with an old MFP, specifically the Lanier LD425c model. Users cannot print to this device, but they can make copies. The device does have ink and I can access the printer via the web interface. From what I am being told, the error message reads, "memory overflow" when they try to print.
I've asked Google for more information and while I did find the printer manuals, they suggest lowering the resolution. However, when you try to change the resolution there are no other options to choose from. The only option available is at 600dpi. Aside from the manuals, I'm not finding much out there at all regarding this issue.
Thought I'd ask here to see if anyone else had this happen with this old printer. If so, what was the resolution?
