When a regular user wants to cancel their own printer queue, the option is grayed out and they must have administrative privileges.
I've tried installing the printer with my domain admin account, with the regular user's account (elevated admin privilege), and even with the local admin account on the PC.
No matter how I install the printer, the regular user has to have admin privileges to cancel their own printer queue. Is there a way around this?
I have temporarily alleviated the problem by giving them local admin privileges on the pc to their domain account while I am looking for other alternatives.
