We've got around 100 Zebra label printers locally attached to 100 separate user systems. We need to configure these printers to use a specific label size. Currently we manually set the configuration for each printer manually every time a new user logs into a system. Every time that user moves to another station they have to reconfigure the settings on that printer.
So here's where things get tricky.
Some systems are mapped to network printers that use standard letter sheets of paper so configuring all of the printers on the system to use the label size is unrealistic.
In short my question is this: Is there a way to configure a GPO or Powershell command to configure the zebra printer if it exists in the system?
