Printer: HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus

This issue started happening only a couple of days ago. I am not sure if it is related to any Windows Update or what.
Currently, this is the only printer listed in the print server. This service has been working flawlessly since the role was established almost a year ago, however some strange things have been happening.
Jobs, (simple text document type - Word for example) have been sent to the printer via the print server. A couple of pages of the job would print and then suddenly stop and the printer will go from the "ready" state to "offline" for no apparent reason. Sometimes a reboot of the printer will bring the printer back to the "ready" state on the print server and the queued jobs would complete. Sometimes I would have to reboot the server for this to take...
