Each user has a custom folder set up on one of our SHARP MX-4112N printers where they can store documents for later printing.
This works fine for all but one user where despite selecting Retention under the Job Handling tab of the Printer Properties and selecting Custom Folder under the Document Filing Settings, the PDF document printed from Adobe Reader is always sent to the Main Folder and not the users Custom Folder.
This does not happen when printing from other applications such as MS Word 2010 where the document does go to the specified custom folder as expected. I have tried several solutions including upgrading to the latest version of Adobe, clean uninstall/reinstall of current version using Adobe removal tool, remove/reinstall printer+driver.
I even installed the same version of Adobe Reader on another machine and was able to...
