So we recently purchased 40ish brand new Zebra ZT-230 printers to replace our old desktop/consumer zebra printers to print our UPS labels, and they are a nightmare. They are on our network, instead of via usb, and using generic Zebra drivers. They installed without any problems, but I end up having to reboot at least 1 every day, and it's rarely the same one 2 days in a row. They are either printing just the top of the label at the bottom of the label stock, or randomly and for no apparent reason, spit out 6 or 8 blank labels, stop, and throw an error that says the labels have run out. Any time this happens, the only way to fix it is to restart the printer and re-calibrate the print head. I have looked online to see if anyone else has had this problem, and can't find anything.
