Issue: MP C5503 is a networked, server shared MFP with the PCL6 Driver for Universal Printing. It is shared out from a Server 2008 R2 x64 and on x64 clients, the Punch options display appropriately (2 at Left, 2 at Top, 2 at Right, 3 at Left, etc), BUT on a x86 client, the punch options are Left, Top, or Right and it only punches 3 holes, no option for 2.
Environment:
Server 2008 R2 x64
Windows 7 Pro 32 bit
Printer deployed via GPO (Computer Config > Policies > Windows Settings > Printer Connections)
Just hoping someone else has run into this. I have tried using a different driver (E-22C PCL 6, which is the Color Controller driver), but I think its for a slightly different model than what we have as it shows the punch options, but it doesn't actually punch when you tell it to.
