We have two printers
1) Ricoh MP C5503
2) Ricoh MP C3003
both are working fine for all users who are authenticated using their badge id's to access print facility. We have a user who switched from Windows Platform to Apple and that's when things went from good to bad.
My team has installed old C5503 drivers and Newer ones offered by Ricoh Website. We have tried Gutenprint and that doesn't work, We installed this printer using IP, SMB, default way and then using CUPS but all methods failed to produce any results.
When we print the Printers Job log shows the document being processed and then it shows Cancelled. we did it with the code and without the code, we did a PDF code and used that as well but the end result stays the same it doesn't print.
Anyone here had a similar run in with Ricoh? what did you do to fix the issue.
