I have a single remote user who is absolutely computer and technology challenged. He has a Dell Windows 8.1 laptop with an OfficeJet 8600. Just about every week he has to call me because print jobs get queued and they will not print. The fix is usually to reset print spooler or to reboot but he never remembers how to do it, even with directions I send him, so I have to remote connect and do this for him week in and week out.
He has the latest drivers, latest Windows Update, latest firmware for printer. It is usually PDF's that cause it but sometimes e-mails.
Any other things I can check?
