Savin mp c4502 not getting settings from print server

I have a Savin MP c4502 on my Printer server and I am trying to get it to only print black and white and use print hold. when i set all these on the print sever on the presets. it saves but when i add the printer to the workstation it doesn't pull down the presets and i have to go to every computer and set up presets for it to work. anyone have and idea on what i can do to make this work?
