Did some searching but didn't come across the solution. Apologies if this is already available somewhere.
A user submitted a ticket for a new printer claiming her current one was printing emails too slow. Long story short, it is an issue with an app she uses on her iPad. Paperless by Crushapps is being used to manage lists and she sends an email from it which she then wants to print from her desktop. When she prints a message pops up that exchange is trying to connect to the server. Embedded in the email body are two links to "paperless://localhost/importList?" Delete these and it prints faster.
Hopefully this will save someone else a little bit of time. I am unfamiliar with the app being used and there may be a way to manage this issue from that end.
