Our school has a Ricoh copier and two Sharp copiers. We've set up nearly 30 user account codes to keep track of how many prints, scans, copies and faxes were completed by user. We also keep track of how many color versus how many B&W.
Each month we need to account for the counts by user. Is there an elegant solution for obtaining all of this information?
Ricoh has a software piece that does pull from its copier the user codes and how many of each. One of the Sharps will export from the web interface to a CSV. The other Sharp will not.
Sharp has software that will go out to the copiers and get the total counts of all three machines, but we need it broken down by user. Does anyone know of any such thing for Spiceworks or other methods (i.e. standalone software)? Thanks.
