Hey guys,
I was wondering if anyone has a solution to my problem. Konica Minolta Bizhub C353 seems to be stuck in Copy Mode. In Devices/Printers machine shows as offline. I am able to ping it, but unable to connect to the printer`s web interface. Most of the buttons on the machines display and around the display are not responsive. Restarted the printer a couple of times, including disconnecting the power from it for about a half hour. Any ideas on how to fix it ?
Had a similar issue in the past when the Imaging Unit ran out, after replacing it about a month ago, had no issues. Now back to having problems, supplies are all ok. Thank you in advance.
