Printer issues after Microsoft updates:
Over the last couple of weeks after Microsoft updates have been installed, I have had several hp office networked printers (HP LaserjetProfessional 1606dn) that will not print. I was able to reinstall the printer driver on my desktop and it is working again. In another instance, I can ping the printer but it will not print, and when I print out the configuration, I can see the IP address, etc.
Today, I have tried to troubleshoot a couple of other printers on the network. When I print out the configuration page, there is not IP address. I have tried to install using the installation disk, and also by adding a printer in devices and printers and using the ip address but to no avail.
Any suggestions would be highly appreciated.
