Lexmark x5340 Printer Issues

I have a client that I configured a new Windows 7 PC for. I've set up his Lexmark X5340 and he has had nothing but issues, especially with PDF's. The job will go to the queue but then just sit there. Sometimes, maybe hours later, it will finally print.

I've totally removed the printer and drivers, installed both basic and full package of drivers/software and it keeps happening. It prints to USB port USB0002 (or something like that.)

If I reboot the PC or restart the spooler, the stuck jobs will continue. But for sure, he doesn't need to have to do this.

Any idea?
