Fax soulutions for Medical Practice?

I am wanting ideas from people who are familiar with eclinicalworks and support it or similar EMR programs.

I need other fax options for a client currently they have a windows xp box running as the fax server and a fax analog modem....old and slow and constant problems....

So I want ideas on equipment you all are using and implemented...of course it need to be hipaa compliant
