I just got the canon ir3320i model about 3 days ago. Today I faced some problems.
1- when making a photocopy, there's a distinct area missing from the original document. Although I presume it's toner issue, I really have no idea why this happened. Hope someone can help to clear the issue on what's the problem and how to fix it myself. Or, to call the technician to come over to repair.
2- I can't connect the machine to the network, my technician told me it's because i've got an old PC (it's running windows xp) but I'd need a second opinion before I decide to finally upgrade my trustworthy PC.
