Running out of steam regarding this issue I'm having with one printer.
Users within HR have there own printer and they want the printer to default to black and white.
I've changed the settings in the server advanced > default settings which are correct but the clients are refusing to look at the settings and remain on colour.
They can set it to black and white, but the next time they log in group policy removes all printers and re adds the HR one and sets as default which works fine with all other departments.
We have the same printer in a different department same model same driver and this one works fine.
So basically is there a way to force the clients to look at the printer defaults?
