I have a Kyocera 4500ci (print driver 5.3.1025.0)and Kyocera 5500i (print driver 5.3.1826.0)systems and a print server 2008 r2. Users OS are Windows XP , Windows 7 x86 and most are Windows 7 x64. I’m having the problem that something or someone is locking up the print queues I thing, because I get calls from my users that they can’t print and all I have to do is login as a admin on the user PC and print out test page or doc and they will start printing again.
