One of our users is experiencing problems when printing from the following 2 applications:
Outlook 2010. Adobe Reader (all versions) - through various we browsers, namely Chrome, IE and Pale Moon.
When this user attempts to print from any of the above the machine intermittently freezes and a reboot is required.
We have tried downgrading Adobe from the latest version to an older version, saving to a local location on the hard drive and attempting to print, removing various applications to try to isolate the problem but this has not worked thus far.
We have even tried rebuilding the users machine and replacing the users machine for a different one.
When the user attempts to print from Outlook, the issue isn't specific to Adobe, these random freezes seem to happen even when trying to print the body of an email.
As yet the only thing we haven't tried is trashing the users AD profile and creating a new from scratch.
We are stumped as to what might be causing this issue.
We are therefore hoping that someone may have encountered something similar and can suggest something else to try?
