We have a Konica bizhub c35 at one of our offices which has stopped scanning to folder or e-mail although the users are still able to use as a networked printer etc.
worked ok until the 8th July and has had 1 successful scan since (24 hours later). No settings have been changed on the server or anything.
We have tried sending to both stored and manually entered e-mail addresses, as well as the FTP folder set up on the printer (and also manually entered) but with no success.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
