This is an interesting issue.
I have one computer that is unable to print more than 1 print job before printing locks up. It isn't associated with any user account. This is a brand new custom built render machine, there are 5 others like it on the network. They don't have any issues. It isn't restricted to any printer either, one job, to any printer on the network, next job locks up in the print queue, the application printing from (any application) becomes none responsive when sending the job.
I have tried multiple different drivers, PCL, PS, and different versions. Restarted print spooler, disabled bi-directional printing, disabled print spooling and printing directly to the printer, all the same.
I read online that the problem could be IE 11, the version installed on this computer is IE9, so I thought why not upgrade it to IE 10, same issue. Removed IE, same issue.
After printing the first job, if you log out of the system and login again, you can printer another job.
All the printers on the network are HP printers, using the HP Universal Post Script driver.
Any ideas?
