Epson RX595 AIO and Win 7 driver

We have one person in the shop with his own Epson RX595 AIO printer.  He wants to selectively print either in draft mode or in full quality.  Before we migrated to Win 7 Pro, he claims to have been able to do this "switch" in Windows XP Pro.  We looked through Printers > Preferences and Printer > Properties to see where the quality selector is.  It is not where it used to be and doesn't seem to be available - even greyed out as an option.

If we have an Epson rep on board, is this draft/full quality selector no longer available in Win 7?  When I installed the printer, I went to the Epson site and fished out the latest print driver and latest scanner drivers to download.  The printer driver installed a printer called "Epson ESC/P-R" and not what I expected, Epson RX595.  I'm not sure if these are one in the same.  I can find no information about Epson ESC/P-R and what it might represent.  My gut feeling is that this printer itself is old enough now that Epson has abandoned all but the most basic driver set for it.

{Later correction:  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ESC/P)

Can someone confirm, please.  Or perhaps point me to another driver or software suite for the RX595?

Thanks.

Hoib
