Good morning - I am stumped on this one. We have 2 HP M451dn printers both hooked up through the network that decided to quit printing the same week. The only way we have been able to print is power cycle the printer and then the documents will print. We have tried:
Reinstalling the Drivers, Changing the IP address, Replacing Patch Cables, Adjusting the Sleep, Updating the Firmware, Factory Restore and rubbing it nicely while saying positive things to it.
So far, none of this has worked and we still have the same issue. I have not been able to find anything on the web that points me to the right direction so I thought I would ask all of you. Any ideas to help figure out why these two printers decided to act up?
The computers attempting to print are Windows XP Pro, Windows 8.1 Pro and Windows 7 Pro.
