Secure print on Canon IR2520

Hi,

I set up the Department ID Management on the Printer by creating 3 different department ID's based on this guide: http://www.imagerunneradvance.com/c5000_manual/contents/case_002h/func.html

My goal is to allow user to print only when they entered their department ID on the printer physically. But, the problem i faced is, the user entered his department ID on his computer, the print goes to the printer, and the printer prints normally without asking department ID. (without asking department ID on the physical printer)

What step did i missed? Generally, Is it possible to allow the printer to ask department ID before printing?
