Greetings to the well of knowledge...
My boss has a MagiColor 1690mf multifunction printer. It is installed on the network and was installed using the most recent Konica drivers (from 2010).
It had been functioning fine under Windows XP on his desktop and on RDP sessions on a Windows 2003 server.
He was recently migrated to a new Windows 7 machine and a new RDP server under Windows 2008 R2. Since the migration, attempts to print to the Konica crash the print spooler on a regular basis. And when it does print, it usually takes 10-15 minutes from click of the Print button to actual output.
Konica's website only provides one set of drivers for this device that supposedly should work under XP, Win7, Server 2003, and Server 2008. I'm not buying it.Anyone else experiencing similar issues?
Thanks,
Ken
