We have a color printer. Recently, several of our users have been experiencing issues printing. When I check, their printer ports are all WSD ports now. I remove this printer and reinstall it using the usual tcp/IP and it works fine. However, today it is back to WSD and the user is unable to print to it again. (it reports to her that the printer is offline) Can we disable the WSD port monitor and use the regular? Why is it only changing this setting on SOME of the PCs? From what I've read, this should just be a monitoring protocol, right?
