Xerox 3550 won't scan to my computer

It worked before I put in a new computer.  I would scan, selecting "Network PC", and it would go straight to my computer.  Now it says "Not available" when I hit the Network PC selection. I've reloaded the software.  Not sure what else to do.  thanks for any help.
