network Printer, 1 workstation on domain

 question I need answered is... What are possible causes of a workstation NOT being able to communicate with a network printer? All devices are on the domain. This is Win 7 PC and an HP LaserJet 4200. Have done the UAC on/Off, Checked share permissions, install as local w/ local port ,install as local w/ Standard TCP/IP port, install as netword printer. Can install other printers on domain to this PC and can install this printer to other PC's on the domain. keep getting the Cannot Connect to printer error 0x000002. been through all the error solutions and still cannot connect to the printer.
