IER Printer Drivers not available

Hi All,

We have got IER 400 Printer (Bag Tag Printer) for our software testing. I am unable to find the drivers for the corresponding printer. We have followed the following steps....

1) Connect the printer to laptop & configured it with help of online document (using internet explorer)
2) Configured the printer with local IP of our network (192.168.3.110)
3) Connect the printer in our network & ping the printer, pinged perfectly
4) Open internet browser & enter the printer IP (192.168.3.110), opened perfectly & was able to check the configuration
5) Open control panel, go to devices & printer, Click “Add Printer” – did not get the printer listed in network printers list.
6) Try to add printer via printer IP, but got no success
7) Tried to add manually the printer with IP & port, but could not find any corresponding drivers for any IER product

Even the website http://www.ier.fr, does not have any drivers listed.

Can anyone help in this regards.... Will be really appreciated...
