We had a paper jam over the weekend. The nurses cleared it themselves as it was a relatively simple one, but a part "fell out" of the printer when they did. It is a small tube, maybe an inch tall half inch wide, with a 1 cm flange about 1/4th the way up from the top. This flange has a foam on the top side. Here is a picture for reference.
The printer is a Xerox Workcentre 5845. I am pretty sure this came out of the printer, since the inside of the tube had toner in it. The Jam was in the "right side of the printer." It seems to be working fine without it, but I would still like to put it back where it goes. Unfortunately I can't find where it came from.
Any ideas anyone?
