We have been using one of these mfp machines for a while now in one office that does A LOT of scanning and copying. Its fast, but we have had a few issues with it.
Right now we are having an issue scanning. This has only been an issue as of last week or so. We have this unit plugged in via USB to the computer. Normally the user will hit SCAN, TO COMPUTER, then select her computer. Multiple times now it will not show her computer in the connection screen. It gives the default error of "No computers connected etc..." I tried looking up the error over on HP, but the generic answer I've been getting is to just turn the computer and printer both off and then back on.
The error persists until we turn her computer off, the printer off, then power them both on.
Has anyone else experienced this issue and been able to fix it?
